To be still means to enter the heart. The mind cannot be still and is never
here. The heart has no words and is always here now. The truth of who we are is silently revealed when the heart is open and vulnerable.
The language of the heart is for many forgotten.
What is the heart? It is first of all presence. When we are in the heart we
have no problems because they cannot exist in the present; they need space; past and future.
The heart space is embracing. The mind is discriminating and
conceptualising, the heart is feelings and intimacy. Heart meets and unite, mind think and divides.
It is like the difference between a needle and a scissor! The needle unites
brings things together. The scissor cuts and takes apart.
Coming into the heart the restless mind relaxes. In this stillness another
dimension- the four dimension opens silently.
The world experienced from here is your Self - unfolding. It is to know that
"I am" the freedom in everything.
These days will be an invitation to realize the wisdom of the heart.
