Being separated from who we truly are is the biggest pain there is. Our thur home is nor far away. Mostly a few thoughts.

The truth is not difficult to obtain! It is our identification and habitual involvement in the minds story`s that keep us at the threshold of the treasure.

Our innermost truth is not ideas or feelings, not even emptiness! When for an instance we can just rest in a place of no thoughts, no experince, the truth overwhelms us by it self. It is much bigger than "who we think" we are.

We are practising this every night wen we fall into dreamless sleep. Falling into dreamless sleep require tht we can leave the minds traffic for an instance. We do that effortlessly every night.

But we are unaware of it. That is the problem. When we wake up in the morning it is a beatiful memory.

True awakening is to do consciously what we do unconsciously in the night, that is the only difference!

A meditation Retreat is "Sitting in what is, as it is." It sounds easy and it is if you can avoid entertaining any form of analysing, grasping or rejection.

In a meditaion retreat we allow our self to absorbed totally into what is and at the same time we are witnessing the minds temptaion to judge and analyse. This approach leads to effortlessness and in an instance the effort of witnessing is transformed into an experience of being witnessed. You are not any longer doing "you are being done!"

That is the biggest joy and freedom there is. That is our natural state and it is obtained in a blinking of an eye.
